The Process
From Design to Handover
Designing a home cinema begins long before the equipment arrives. It starts by understanding the vision for the room—how you want it to feel, how many seats it will hold, the atmosphere you want to create and the performance you expect.
From these conversations, we begin shaping the design: speaker layout, projector positioning, acoustic treatment, lighting control and the overall user experience. Every detail is planned in advance so the cinema is engineered for exceptional sound and picture quality from the very beginning.
As construction progresses, we move into the first fix stage, installing all essential cabling, behind wall sound treatment, infrastructure routes and mounting points. This hidden foundation is what allows the system to perform flawlessly. We either carry this entire process out ourselves or work closely with other trades already framing rooms out and to ensure everything sits exactly where it needs to be.
When the room is ready, the second fix begins. This is where the cinema starts to take shape. Speakers, projector, amplification, acoustic panels, lighting and control systems are installed with precision. Each component is integrated seamlessly into the room so the technology enhances the space without dominating it.
Finally comes testing and handover. We calibrate the audio, optimise the picture, refine lighting scenes and ensure every control is intuitive. After thorough testing, we walk you through your new cinema, making sure everything feels effortless. The result is a beautifully crafted, fully immersive space ready for unforgettable moments.

Not necessarily! We design all are core systems to work without needing an outside internet connection. So all major elements such as lighting, security, climate control work without it and with easy manual control. The internet is only typically used for remote access and it does not rely on 3rd party cloud servers.
We recommend involving us at the earliest planning or architectural stage. Early integration allows us to design the most efficient system, coordinate with other contractors, and ensure the infrastructure is installed correctly from day one. This leads to a smoother build, fewer variations, and a more refined final result.
No. While we specialise in large, premium residential projects, we also deliver automation and control solutions for commercial spaces, hospitality environments, specialist builds and bespoke yacht installations. If a project requires precision engineering and tailored technology, we can support it.
Every system we install includes long-term support options. We offer a few different support plan options which include remote diagnostics, proactive maintenance, priority response, and on-site support when required. Our goal is to keep your system running flawlessly for years—not just at handover. Support plans are optional and we do have pay as you go options available too.
It depends entirely on the scale of your project and the level of automation or system planned. That said, many of the items included in our proposals—such as cabling, networking, and control infrastructure—are things you’d be paying for anyway through separate contractors. By consolidating them into a single, engineered package, you remove duplication and ensure everything integrates smoothly. We’ll provide a tailored quotation once we understand your plans.
